PRESS ACCREDITATION CONDITIONS

Welcome to the PARIS GAMES WEEK 2024 accreditation platform !

Before going any further, please read the media accreditation conditions carefully, as well as the rules to be respected on t he show floor.

You must apply for one accreditation per person.

You will receive a reply within 3 working days.

The following are eligible for accreditation :
  • Journalists holding a media card. The media department will check the validity of each media card with the CCIJP.
  • For all other persons, the following documents are required to prove their status as journalists:
    • Submit a sworn statement from the editor in chief or department head who owns a media card (media card number to be provided).
    • Present original copies of articles, less than 12 months old, which mention the individual as author or editor.
To protect your working conditions, the number of accreditations per media outlet is limited.

The media service may withdraw accreditation, or revoke a member's accreditation, if justified. There is no absolute right toaccreditation.

The media service is entitled to ask for "material" proof of the journalistic activity of the person requesting accreditation.
At the entrance to the show, you will be asked for a valid identity card bearing the same name as your accreditation.
Press accreditation is strictly personal and non-transferable. The number of entries is controlled and limited. Retrocession of a badge exposes you to the offence of illicit sale of admission tickets to commercial events (law n°2012-348 of March 12, 2012).

Obtaining press accreditation is not synonymous with queue-cutting, and in no way guarantees priority access to stands, as this decision is the responsibility of each exhibitor.

We hope you enjoy the show!
