GUIDELINES TO GET AN ACCREDITATION


As the number of enthusiastic respondents increases each year, please see below for the minimum entry criteria for 2019:

YOUTUBE ACCREDITATION

Candidates must:
  • Be the owner of the YouTube channel (you will need to apply with the same email address as indicated on the YouTube channel).
  • Have an online community of at least 40, 000 subscribers
    Or have been certified last year and subsequently created a news report about the showroom.
  • Have an active account (minimum of 1 video / month)
  • Be passionate about the showroom's flagship themes: video games, high tech lifestyle, and Esport...
  • Warning! We reserve the right to refuse any application if it is judged that the content does not meet the appropriate quality standards, or is in any way disrespectful of others.
The YouTube accreditation also gives you access to a dedicated space that allows you to create content in a comfortable, convenient place or simply take a break.

BLOG ACCREDITATION

Candidates must:
  • Be the owner or an official reporter for the blog.
  • Have a minimum of 25, 000 monthly visitors
    Or have been certified last year and subsequently created a news report about the showroom.
  • Have an active blog (a minimum of 1 post / week)
  • Be passionate about the showroom's flagship themes: video games, high tech lifestyle, and Esport...
  • Warning! We reserve the right to refuse any application if it is judged that the content does not meet the appropriate quality standards, or is in any way disrespectful of others.
The YouTube accreditation also gives you access to a dedicated space that allows you to create content in a comfortable, convenient place or simply take a break.

INFLUENCER ACCREDITATION

Candidates must:
  • Be the owner of a social media account with:
    • Facebook: A minimum of 20,000 fans
    • Twitter: A minimum of 10,000 followers
    • Instagram: A minimum of 10,000 folliwers
    • Twitch: A minimum of 5,000 followers
  • The account must always be active (a minimum of 1 post / week)
  • Be passionate about the showroom's flagship themes: video games, high tech lifestyle, and Esport...
  • Warning! We reserve the right to refuse any application if it is judged that the content does not meet the appropriate quality standards, or is in any way disrespectful of others.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
  • You need to download a recent photo that can easily identify you,
  • Each media is limited to one application and only one accreditation par person can be given.
  • All requests must be made with the e-mail address associated with the social account for which you are applying for the badge. Each identity will be scrupulously verified.
  • Each candidate can apply for a +1 accompanying badge when completing their form. WARNING : this request cannot be made further to the final validation of the form.
  • The accreditation is not a « fast pass » and in no way guarantees priority treatment on stands; this decision is the responsibility of each exhibitor.
  • Do not hesitate to inform your community of your presence on the PGW and to offer them to join us for the big party of the video game.
  • If your application is approved, you will receive your badge by email. Be careful not to post a photo of the barcode on your social account to prevent people from taking advantage of you badge.
At the entrance of the show, you will be asked for a valid identity card, showing the same name as the accreditation.
The press accreditation is strictly personal and non-transferable. The number of entries is controlled and limited. Handing a badge over to a third party may subject you to the offence of the illegal sale of rights of access to commercial events (Law n° of 2012-348 of March 12, 2012).

Obtaining an accreditation is not synonymous with a « fast pass » and in no way guarantees priority treatment on stands; this decision is the responsibility of each exhibitor.
